Shop cakes take the stress out of choosing the perfect cake.

If you need a delicious and gorgeous cake, but don’t want to stress about the design process, then a shop cake is for YOU.

We make standard shop cake designs in any size, and you can even choose your icing colors!

***PLEASE allow at least two weeks notice for shop cake orders, during wedding season we may need as much as 4 weeks.

Textured Icing Cake

This gorgeous textured finish is the only among our finished that can be accomplished with Swiss buttercream, American buttercream, or (hip-hip-hooray!) cream cheese icing!  Which would you prefer?

Drippy Cake

Tried & true flavor combinations:

White cake with blueberries, layers of cream cheese icing & lemon curd. Buttercream finish.
White, almond, chocolate or marble cake with cream cheese icing and fresh strawberries or raspberries. Buttercream finish.
Pumpkin chiffon with maple walnut cream cheese icing and cranberries. Buttercream finish.
Almond cake, salted caramel mousse, sautéed apples. Buttercream finish.

How much notice do you need for a cake?

It depends! If you know you would like our help, go ahead and fill out one of our forms even if it seems absurdly early; we can fine tune/figure out details later. During wedding season and holidays we often book a 3-4 weeks out, and would hate to miss the opportunity to help you.

American Buttercream vs. Swiss Buttercream?

American buttercream is what we are accustomed to in our grocery stores - shortening and butter based with lots of powdered sugar making it super sweet. Swiss buttercream is meringue based with tons of butter and is much less sweet and very smooth. Stop by and try the difference before you order if you can!

How long can I store my cake?

Your cake needs to stay refrigerated, but it is best eaten when it is room temperature (very confusing we know!). Once you get your cake home we recommend saving your leftovers no longer than three days under refrigeration.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE:

We generally request that you submit cake orders at least ONE WEEK in advance. If you have a last minute need, please give us a call and we will see what we can do.
