ADDITIONAL DECORATING & DETAILS:
Cakes with custom designs require more time and attention than our shop cakes. The above represents the starting cost, but final cost is determined on an individual basis. Carved cakes begin at $6/serving.
Tried & true flavor combinations:
• White cake with blueberries, layers of cream cheese icing & lemon curd. Buttercream finish.
• White, almond, chocolate or marble cake with cream cheese icing and fresh strawberries or raspberries. Buttercream finish.
• Pumpkin chiffon with maple walnut cream cheese icing and cranberries. Buttercream finish.
• Almond cake, salted caramel mousse, sautéed apples. Buttercream finish.
How much time do you need for a custom cake?
Custom cakes take significantly more time to plan and execute. This means we can only accommodate so many a week, especially during wedding season and the holidays! If you know you would like our help for an occasion, don’t hesitate to get on the books, even if it seems absurdly early; we can figure out the details later! Typically we need 3-4 weeks notice, during wedding season we may need as much as 6 weeks.
