Macarons, meringues, and tarts OH MY!

I love cakes, but man I love me some pastries too!  I love the wide spectrum of flavors that can be created, the textures, the colors, the artistic flair of pulling it all together to create something AMAZING.  It's why we change our menu every month!  There are so many amazing pastries we couldn't possibly limit ourselves to just a few options.  Is there something you fell in love with and have to have again?  Let us know!  We'll put it on the docket!
